Warranty
Lelit Espresso warranties cover any of the machines or grinders purchased directly from Lelit Espresso, in the case of any defects in material and/or workmanship. Further, the Lelit Espresso warranty guarantees that these machines will perform adequately under normal use if properly setup and maintained in accordance with the Manual furnished with the product.
• Starting Time: This product warranty begins with the date of receiving shipment.
• Components are covered for parts and labor for 1 year.
• This warranty is applicable only in the United States.
• Limited strictly to replacing, or to repairing, upon return to the Lelit Espresso Service Department, transportation charges prepaid, any part or parts that shall be found to be defective in material and/or workmanship during the warranty period.
• All decisions regarding defects in material or workmanship or accident, alteration, misuse, or improper maintenance shall be made by Lelit Espresso's Service Department.
• Warranty service must be performed by Lelit Espresso's Service Department.
• User is responsible for putting the machines in place, cleaning and maintaining them as described in the Manual furnished with the machine. This warranty does not include parts or labor coverage for any component failure or other damage resulting from:
- Electrical power or water supply failure to the espresso machine for any reason.
- Operating the product beyond the specifications set in the product’s manual.
- Failure to clean and maintain as set forth in the product’s manual.
- Putting in place not in accordance with the product's manual.
• ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL Lelit Espresso BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM MISUSE OR INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY PART THEREOF.
• No part or assembly will be covered by this warranty if damage is a result of accident, alteration, misuse, or failure to put in place or service in accordance with the Manual furnished with the product, or if a machine's serial number has been altered or removed.
Payment Policy
Purchasing you new Lelit is secure and easy with Google Checkout or
PayPal.
We do not accept your order until we receive notice from Google Checkout
and PayPal that your payment has been authorized and/or we have received
payment in full in cleared funds. Orders can not be canceled once submitted.
If for any reason payment in full is not made, we may withhold or suspend
delivery of the products.
If you select or purchase a product or service that is offered by a
third party merchant outside of Company, you agree to further accept
the terms and conditions of the third party company.

Shipping Policy
• Shipping is Free to Continental US Only
• Items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are subject to an extra
shipping charge depending on the orders weight and exact destination.
• Bonus or free items can be substituted for other items
of the same value without notice.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday
through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST, excluding holidays) and may take up
to 24-48 hours.
Friday and weekend orders will ship on the following Monday. Holiday orders will ship on the following business day.
We have the right to refuse to accept any orders placed for products
and services. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information
you provide that is necessary for us to process your order. If an order
has not been shipped, shipped to an incorrect or invalid address due
to such inaccuracy, you alone are responsible.
Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimates
are provided by the carrier, and are subject to matter beyond our control.
If a delivery requires a signature to confirm receipt, it is your responsibility
to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for
the products when delivered. It is also your responsibility to collect
the products from any postal collection depot and/or arrange an alternative
delivery date if you are not available to sign for the products. We
will not refund orders that are refused, or that are returned because
they can not be delivered.
At our discretion, we may substitute the chosen carrier company or carrier
class if we feel it is necessary or recommended.
All items purchased are made in accordance with a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you
upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for safe delivery
of goods once we pass the shipments to the carrier because we do not
ship the products directly. If there is a problem with your shipment
after we have passed your order to the carrier (including, but not limited
to: products are not delivered, lost, stolen, arrive late, or are damaged

We do not ship to a P.O. box. Items must be shipped to a valid street
address. Packages shipped via USPS must not exceed 70 pounds.
Tracking Your Packages:
When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Tracking
numbers are not available for items shipped via USPS Parcel Service.

Shipping Damage:
Please email us return@lelitespresso.com and the carrier (UPS,
FedEx, etc.) immediately if you notice any damage that appears to be due
to shipping.
If this is the case, you should NOT use the machine. Keep all the packaging
(boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, ect) for the shipper to inspect.
Please report any non-visible (internal) damage to the carrier or us within
two days of receiving the product.
It is the responsibility of the customer
to inspect any damage upon delivery and to choose whether to accept or
decline the damaged items.
If delivery is refused, details must be hand-written on the proof of delivery
slip (delivery tickets provided by driver) and signed by the driver and
consignee.
Expedited Shipping: For rush orders to addresses within the United States,
expedited shipping is available.

To verify exact delivery estimates, you may contact the US Postal Service
at 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS. For any questions regarding

Please remember that transit times are only estimates provided by USPS, and are not guaranteed by USPS. Transit time estimates do not include the day of shipment, weekends, or holidays
Return Policy
• Please read this Policy carefully. By viewing or otherwise
using this Website, you agree to the terms and conditions in this Policy.
This Policy may be changed without further notice.
• We will pay the return shipping costs if the product
is defective or the return is a result of our error.
• If the item is returned for any other reason you are
responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking
fee of 10% of the purchased price.
• No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return
Material Authorization (RMA)(See below).
• We will credit you in the same manner as your original
payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued after passing a technical inspection
at our service center.
Undamaged items purchased at LelitEspresso.com may be returned within
30 days of the original delivery.
In order to begin the refund process, you will have to request a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA)from Lelit Espresso.com. To do this,
simply e-mail your appeal to: return@lelitespresso.com
All original accessories, manuals, videos, warranty cards, etc. must
be included with the returned item and all merchandise must be returned
in its original packaging.
The following items are non-refundable: cups, accessories or parts,
consumable items such as coffee beans, spices, syrups, etc., items that
are not brand new and/or missing any of the manufacturers's packaging.
